ISO-9001 recertification for 2023

PAOTM has started the new year well. After the ISO-9001:2015 audit last December, our organization has been recertified again! This means we guarantee excellent service in 2023.

Since 2019, we are the proud owners of the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 standard for our quality management system. Last December it was time for another audit. After an extensive evaluation of our processes by LRQA, we again received the good news that we meet all the requirements.

Achieving the recertification is reflected in the organization of our courses and trainings at postgraduate level. The ISO standard shows that our processes are of demonstrably good quality. We are constantly working on maintaining this quality and further optimizing our processes. The recertification confirms that we are succeeding in this. As a participant, you are thus assured of excellent service.
