After fully and successfully completing a course, the number of credits or study points will be awarded as stated on the website.

After fully and successfully completing a course, you will receive a digital certificate.

We only provide the course material digitally because experience shows that most participants prefer this. Moreover, we can update the material shortly before the course which is better for the environment. If you want a printed copy, you can easily print it yourself.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Due to the up to date content of our courses, we receive presentations and digital syllabi from our teachers shortly before the start of a course.

Our courses are postgraduate and intended for participants with a master's or bachelor's degree. Sometimes specific prior knowledge is required. This will be stated in the course information. Do you have doubts or do you have questions about this? Then call or email one of our programme managers.

Coffee, tea, lunch and course materials are always included unless stated otherwise on the course page. Prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.

In case of cancellation of a course within fourteen days of registration no administration costs are due (reflection period arrangement). The reflection period arrangement does not apply if the period between registration and the start of the course is two weeks or less. The invoice for your course or training will be sent no earlier than six weeks before the start of the activity. If you register later, you will receive the invoice approximately one week after your registration. The conditions for payment can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

If you want to train several people within your team at the same time, it may be more beneficial to opt for an in-company training within your own organization. The final price of an in-company training depends on the duration of the course, specific content, the number of participants, the number of teachers and the required study material.

Contact one of our programme managers or complete the in-company form.

After your request you will be contacted by one of our programme managers. He or she will discuss your training needs with you and look for the right teachers. Together you will put together a suitable program.

PAOTM provides in-company training for all types of organizations in all its technical and leadership fields. An in-company is suitable if you want to take the same course with multiple participants, enrich your knowledge with your team or zoom in on your own practice. This is possible for any course or course combination from our offer.

An in-company offers various advantages: content tailored to the knowledge needs of your team, you can get started right away with your own cases, everyone is trained at the same time and you choose your desired location and time.  

We do not have a fixed number for this. Our in-company courses usually consist of 10 to 20 people. Please contact us for the possibilities.

That is of course possible. Via our website you can register for our newsletter and indicate which fields you are interested in. You will then receive an update of our courses by email every month, tailored to your preferences. You can always unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter.  

You can ask questions about a course by filling out the contact form. Of course you can also ask your question via info@paotm.nl or you can contact us by telephone on 015 2784618. We strive to answer your question immediately.  

Of course. Please contact us via the study advice form and we are glad to help you.

That is possible. In the event of (sudden) absence, you can be replaced by a colleague free of charge, if PAOTM has been notified in advance by e-mail. The replacement is only final after PAOTM has confirmed this to you.

Immediately after your registration via our website you will receive confirmation of your registration. Our course administration will then process your registration within approximately 5 working days. You will receive the invitation with the program approximately two weeks before the start of the course.

Unfortunately, you cannot register for multiple courses at once. You have to register separately for each course.

That is possible. You can register multiple people for the same course via our website. Do you have a larger group or do you want to tailor the course to the situation in your organization? Then we can develop tailor-made solutions in the form of an in-company course. We are happy to make you a suitable offer based on your wishes. Also view our page about in-company possibilities.

Our current board, responsible for strategy and policy, consists of professors and management from Delft University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology and University of Twente.
