During this course you will learn how Systems Engineering (SE) helps you make integrated projects more manageable and more effective.

Translate SE to your own organization

Systems Engineering (SE) is advancing rapidly. It will help you to make integrated projects more manageable and to structure them more efficiently. During this course you will learn about Systems Engineering and how to implement SE in your projects.

The core of SE consists of thoroughly capturing and implementing client and system requirements, making clear arrangements and sharing information. This will prevent misunderstandings, costs of failure, delays and damage claims. And perhaps the most important: Systems Engineering will help to create a result that closely matches the client's requirements.

After this course you will be able to translate the importance of Systems Engineering to your own organization. Additionally, you will be capable of assessing the influence of SE on your own activities and determining the required knowledge and skills.
