PAOTM is known for bundling the latest post-academic knowledge and practical insights in its courses and programs. We can do this thanks to our teachers, who work in science, research and business. Whether it concerns digitalization, sustainability, new laws and regulations or innovative techniques and methods: we are glad to welcome new lecturers for current themes in technology.

Are you a specialist in one of the many technical disciplines and would you like to share your expertise? Let us know. We are always looking to innovate our course offering within our current disciplines and beyond. Our mission is to help technical professionals grow in their work and your knowledge is of great value in this. You help participants grow in their professional environment and in doing so you also help the organizations and technical sector move forward. Moreover, you also benefit from it yourself: in addition to sharing your passion, you expand your network and gain new insights that can also be relevant to your organization.

As a teacher at PAOTM:

Our current teachers get a lot of satisfaction from their role.

“I enjoy helping people develop themselves and showing them the way to make projects run more smoothly”, says Bart van den Berg, teacher project management in construction and infrastructure.

“For me, teaching means sharing knowledge and passion, inspiring and fascinating people”, says Koo Rijpkema, lecturer of the data analysis courses at PAOTM.

Ellen Tromp, lecturer in geotechnical engineering, says: "With the interaction during the course I want to plant seeds in the participants to actually apply the knowledge in their daily work”.

Saskia van Vuren, hydraulic engineer, wants to make an important contribution with her teaching: “I think it is important to share knowledge. With a shared knowledge base we can tackle the challenges much better together.”

Jeroen Coenders, teacher of the parametric design courses, agrees that teaching is also educational for the teacher himself: “I know nothing else than sharing my knowledge through colleges, universities and PAOTM: it is my hobby to try to inspire others with this in the hope that I always learn something new.”
