Behind our extensive portfolio is a dedicated team of program managers. They are the driving force in the development of our courses. By closely monitoring developments in the professional field and maintaining strong connections with universities and industry, they work together with leading lecturers to create new courses that help participants stay ahead in their field. Our program managers also support technical professionals with their knowledge needs and develop tailored solutions for in-company requests. Perhaps they can help you as well? Our program managers

ir. Anne van Delft – director / program manager

Anne combines her role as director with active program management. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in research and higher education, she guards the corporate direction of PAOTM and the overall course portfolio. Anne is also responsible for Hydraulic Engineering course program.

drs. Mariëlle Elenbaas – program manager

Mariëlle focusses on PAOTM’s relationship management and works closely with the team to maintain strong connections with clients and lecturers. Her focus areas include project and process management and data analysis. Drawing on her experience in program coordination, relationship management and academic education, she identifies new opportunities and connects technical expertise with organizational challenges

ir. Noortje Friedeman – program manager

Noortje’s portfolio covers energy technology and electrical engineering, structural design and mechanical engineering. With her engineering background and strong interpersonal skills, she actively contributes to both the renewal and the practical relevance of the course portfolio.

dr. ir. Nan Jiang – program manager

Nan is our expert in water management and water treatment, specialized in water treatment technologies. She also manages the program in geotechnical engineering. Nan bridges the gap between scientific research and the daily practice of engineers.

“I enjoy working with technical professionals to determine which knowledge is needed and what type of learning approach works best. By staying curious and truly listening, I ensure that our programs continue to evolve alongside professional practice.”

Pauline van der Lans – program manager

Pauline is responsible for courses in the built environment, environment and safety, chemistry and process engineering. She is also program manager for the Building Physics and Environmental Noise programs. With her extensive experience in client relations, she contributes to PAOTM’s service orientation and is skilled at identifying knowledge needs and finding the right experts.

“My goal is to help engineers and organizations learn what they truly need, in order to keep pace with a rapidly changing technical world. I connect the latest knowledge with everyday practice of technical professionals.”
