Simulation of system dynamics

Ever since his childhood dr. ir. Jurnan Schilder is fascinated by rollercoasters. Of course, riding a roller coaster is spectacular. And they are gigantic constructions where everything has to be right, down to the smallest detail. Finite elements method (FEM) is used for engineering questions about wear, maintenance and thus the prevention of accidents. With flexible multibody dynamics (FMBD), multiple components are combined to simulate the entire system dynamics. During the webinar, dr. ir. Jurnan Schilder will give a short introduction to the topic.
